What we look for

So you can see whether one of our homes would suit you. Tick the ones that apply. It helps us, and you can still join if some don't.

Household income from all sources, including any benefits, of at least 3 times the monthly rent (2 times for our London homes). I can show my income: 3 months of payslips, 2 years of accounts if self-employed, or benefit award letters. No unpaid County Court Judgments, bankruptcy or debt relief order. Savings of around 4 months' rent. This shows affordability only: we never ask for more than the first month's rent up front. A guarantor if needed, earning at least 2.5 times the rent with a good credit record. A non-smoking household, inside and out. I can view in person. Tell us if you need a different arrangement.

Pets are considered case by case.

What happens next

When one of our homes comes up in an area you've chosen, we'll email you the details, including the rent, photos and how to apply. We often have more interest than homes, so we invite a shortlist to come and view in person. Joining costs nothing and doesn't commit you to anything, and you can leave the list whenever you like.

We keep your details for 12 months, then ask whether you'd like to stay on the list.
